Got my truck back just now. They were unable to fix the issue and now awaiting next steps from Ford. :(

I tried all of the above twice and still Voice Navigation did not work. All other voice commands worked (Radio, Temp, etc.,). Gave to dealer and they found the same and now they worked with Ford Tech Support and followed their instructions and still Voice Navigation has not worked. Ford Dealer...

Installed the Gator EFX Hard Cover yesterday. Had to run to the hardware store twice. Once to get 2 washers that were missing and again to get threaded screws as the Spray in Bed Liner had covered the threads in the bed.
