Went to Dick's Sporting Goods today and parked out in the parking lot with no other vehicles for at least five spaces, came back to my truck and I'll be damned if there wasn't a hoopty Silverado with dents on every corner parked right next to me. I did a walk around.

This is my second Ranger, a 2003 Edge I bought new October of 2002. Traded it in when I bought my 2019. I do not have pictures of my first Ranger, a 1998 white XL single cab 2.5l with a 5 speed manual, totaled, then I purchased the 2003 to replace it.

This was my first encounter with a Ranger in the wild. December 29th 2015. The Woodlands TX. I also saw a white Limited about two years ago on my way to Galveston, also had SA plates.

Towed this today, The truck did really well. I was thoroughly impressed with the way the truck behaved.

I had a 2003 Ranger 3.0 Edge, had adaptive transmission learning (same system as the new Ranger just not as refined). Sometimes, if I had the throttle just right, it would shift HARD from second to third, had the battery replaced about 5 times since purchase, which reset the learning, and would...

I look at them every time I get in and out of the truck, don't really use them, but, the grandkids love them.

My smile faded when my Sync 3 radio quit working after two weeks (753 Miles). Dealer says two weeks to get the part. Any one else have this issue?
