You'd need to have lane keeping for the vehicle to have a camera to read the signs.
I have a 2020 Lariat but currently have a 2019 XLT cluster installed and the signs for street sign recognition show up as Euro and I want US versions.
Maybe not in a '22 model year? I have a 2020 and am seeking info for that year.
I have it enabled in my 2020 with a 2019 cluster - It has the Euro shaped signs. I enabled it in the original cluster and they were the more familiar rectangular ones as seen in the US.

I had a high end F150 that also had a tach and a speedo - like most all trucks do. Every other car I own has a tach and a speedo and only 2 of them are manual.
