No privilege here. I just feel if you take new truck with 4,000+ miles for an issue with the accelerator and it will be at the dealer 4+ days you should get a loaner without jumping through hoops.

I figured loners were in short supply and higher demand. What got me was I had to call the rentals to ask to get one. Service just said they didn’t have any which technically was correct but they could have worked with rentals to get me the 1st available. If my car would have been ready today...

I’m not really that mad. I am more frustrated than anything since i had to basically talk with the rental side to secure a car which should be available on the 3rd day the truck has been in the shop. I’m glad I didn’t need the truck that much as I’m on vacation but still.

I had the same issue happen on my truck and also had a pre collision assist not available and hill start assist not available. Took it to the dealer and they found and issue with the accelerator petal and it had to be replaced. Waiting on it to be fixed.

I understand now. I thought it might have been an option from the factory but it’s a Ford aftermarket accessory you have to install.

So I guess in this picture the 2 spots at the bottom are where the optional bed light would go? Which option pa The lights come on when I open the door but the button does nothing. If I push it the lights are still on. Btw what option package is the inside bed lights if it is infact an option?

When I turn the car on the lights are on and push the button they still stay on.

Mine does nothing. You would think it illuminate on the dash when you push the button like when the headlights are on.
