Sorry the title is kinda weird but the bottom on the driver door say the step up is becoming all scratched up and paint is missing. Should this be something I need to be worried about and should it be happening to this degree for such a new vehicle?
So it turned out my truck was ready to go around the time the loaner was to be ready so I didn’t need one. Btw I was not trying to be whiny, privileged or fishing for controversy. I was legit frustrated my 4,000 mile truck was in the shop for 3 days for a warranty issue and a loaner vehicle was...
No privilege here. I just feel if you take new truck with 4,000+ miles for an issue with the accelerator and it will be at the dealer 4+ days you should get a loaner without jumping through hoops.
I figured loners were in short supply and higher demand. What got me was I had to call the rentals to ask to get one. Service just said they didn’t have any which technically was correct but they could have worked with rentals to get me the 1st available. If my car would have been ready today...
I’m not really that mad. I am more frustrated than anything since i had to basically talk with the rental side to secure a car which should be available on the 3rd day the truck has been in the shop. I’m glad I didn’t need the truck that much as I’m on vacation but still.

I had the same issue happen on my truck and also had a pre collision assist not available and hill start assist not available. Took it to the dealer and they found and issue with the accelerator petal and it had to be replaced. Waiting on it to be fixed.

Maybe I’m confused. I thought there were light that illuminated the bottom of the bed. Here is the button on my dash that does absolutely nothing. It’s the one on the right
I bought my 2019 Lariat in May and never checked on the bed lighting. Today for some reason I finally decided to try it out. I pressed the button on the dash and nothing happens. The lights are not illuminating. I tried for a few minutes and nothing happens. Anyone have any insight? Could...
So I just bought my 2019 Ranger in the middle of May. It's a 4x2 Lariat and has about 1,200 miles. I love everything about the truck but the gas mileage. So far i've been getting about 17.5 miles a gallon. I can from a Fiat that got 24 ish MPG on a consistent basis. Only thing i've done to...
