Mine was doing that as well.
Currently, the dealer is rebuilding my 24k mile transmission. Apparently the TSB applied to mine.
May want to talk to the dealer about it.
Just found this thread. I took my 22 Tremor in to have the parking brake boot replaced and I mentioned the hard shifts and hesitation I was having. I'm at 24000 miles.
Needless to say, I'm in a loaner and parts to overhaul the transmission are on order...
Looks like I joined the club.
At 1 year of ownership, and 20k miles, I'm already thinking of that I'm trading the truck in for.
I'm getting transmission issues and the driveshaft noise. But the biggest factor is that my local dealer is crap. I was told today 3 months wait for any transmission issues, so call another dealer...
I'm pretty happy with my Softopper. I can have it folded in under a minute if I need to use the truck bed for oversized items.
Down side is you need a rack if you want to carry anything on the top. But even then, it's still cheaper than a fiberglass cap.
I bought my Tremor about a year ago with 3200 miles on it. I'm sitting about 21500 today. 2000 mile road trip over the summer, and 1000 mile trip last weekend.
Took it camping.
60 miles down Padre Island and back. Mostly deep soft sand today due to a very high tide but the truck did great, especially since it's stock.
It's mostly dirt roads that any street legal vehicle can tackle.
That being said, with how hot and dry it's been, they're some deep sand on the roads that's really loose.
Mine is cracked too.
Judging by the gouging in the bed liner, the previous owner must have ejected riding mower on the freeway.
I've just been ignoring it. Maybe I'll get one at the local pick n pull.
I put in some yellow Hella bulbs in the fogs and high beams. Added some flags my wife got for me and started mapping my wiring for auxiliary and bed lights.
Also got approval got the Softopper.
