I think I recall them say around 480ish for the GT and 500ish for the Dark Horse. They didn't give out to much technical information at the live reveal, which I was disappointed in.

They do for me. It can be overly aggressive at times, depending on the setting, so I just use it when I am in situations that I want the pedal to react faster. It also helps putting it in eco mode when it's slippery out.

A more free flowing cat-back exhaust will not decrease your gas mileage.

Have you gotten up to speed on expressways with them fully extended to see if the wind affects them in any way? I know that with mirror extensions on the Ranger, if you get past a certain speed, the wind will push the mirrors in towards the door due to the mirror motor not being able to handle...
