I don't see the extra lights being worth it. I swapped out the bulbs in my third brake and cargo lights for LED and now they're more than bright enough. That only cost about $20. Also the standard mount has more of a factory look to it which I like.
I've had air shocks on a couple of my trucks and always liked them. Whenever I load it down I could put just enough air in to level the truck then air it down when I'm done. I wonder if anyone makes them for the Ranger yet.
Unfortunately that's normal for the Ranger. Whenever I drive close to a building or in a garage I hear the same thing. Ford came out with a bulletin a couple years ago telling people that the transmission noise is normal.

I've looked for taillights for a while now. But no one offers any aftermarket options yet. I'm sure someone will eventually make them but who knows when.

I have the same tuner. Never had any issues with Stage3 or 5 Star. It takes a few days to get your custom tunes. I ran a generic performance tune for the first week and even that made a huge difference.
The Fast Lane did a test awhile back. A GMC gas truck vs. a Lightning with identical trailers. The lighting ran out of juice at 86 miles and the gas truck could make it 210 on one tank. The test was done in warm weather. Temps below freezing can cut an EV's range in half.
