Ive been paying attention today. I put my keys in the house and have heard it prime 5 times so far throughout today no door opening or anything.
why would it need to prime so frequently when not being used?

It wasn't bad at all. The harness they sent me had a couple of wires swapped - that resulted in everything working backwards (mirror folding when unlocking the car). So that delayed things a day - but they got back to me quickly and even made a video showing how to fix the harness. Quick easy...
Ok. I'm assuming that self installing the ford performance tune won't affect the warranty? I'm not all about paying the shop $250 to download a file and plug the tuner into the OBD port.
What are the pros and cons to these two? It’s tough to get past the Ford endorsed tune not messing with your warranty....
Does the Ford tune require you to always have the box plugged in?
