    yes bottom you are correct, I would have never known the difference had I not attempted to get it leveled.. the dealership is making the repair and we’ll move forward enjoying the truck as intended… glad to know it really wasn’t a production issue as explained by the other member…

    Thanks for the analysis! I did ask them if it was due to transport and they said it wasn’t likely be a aisle the strap the wheels down or something of that nature.. I don’t know enough about securing a truck to a carrier.. seems like you know more then them about assembly line protocol.. they...

    Latest update is device has the truck they’ll be replacing the tie rod end and will get the truck back to me by eod .. unfortunately it won’t be leveled today and I will have to bring it back Monday to get that done… then it goes to the body shop because we found some imperfections in the paint...

    Truck had 3 miles when I picked it… literally came off the truck the salesman called me and I drove it off the lot the next day…

    Well.. I don’t own an impact wrench, hence is why I brought it to them to install the leveling kit.. I could see if it was a downward facing bolt I could have hit something but it’s not and I haven’t taken it anywhere but the lake in some mild terrain conditions..

    Don’t know! Trucks 2 weeks old… brought it to the ford custom shop to install a leveling kit . tech calls and say I took your wheel off and found this.. ??‍♂️ waiting for the salesman to get in so he can take it to the device dept to determine what happened and if it is a factor error

    Ford dealership goes to install my leveling kit and send me this picture.. Anyone else experience anything like this? Bought the truck 2 weeks ago today and the tech at the custom shop says he pulled off the tire to begin the work and notices this….

    Installed my bug deflector then dropped it off at the Ford Custom shop to have them install FRL leveling kit and time my windows.. should have her back by tomorrow.. BTW I did not park it in the Handicap spot the sales man did so I could unload my works stuff from the car into the loaner ??‍♂️

    Finished my badges today now the from matches the back! Oh and I added a sticker and matte black ranger inserts… i think I’ve maxed out my sticker allocation… ? Hopefully this week my level kit comes in and I still need to tint my windows… ??‍♂️

    That’s the look I was going for! Great minds think a like! I’ve only done the back… maybe I’ll do the front Sunday… hey your in AZ… are there any meetups for trucks and coffee or light trail runs? Crown king, Sedona etc? This is my first truck and I’d like to meet some other truckers…
