6'2" with 32" inseam. Leg room is adequate, but I wouldnt mind a little more room for my right knee by the console. Legroom is certainly better the Tacoma and Ridgeline I drove and maybe about the sameish as the Canyon/Colorado .

Mine also has this. Had them check the seat bolts because I could feel it shifting sometimes but they said they were tight. So I guess this is probably the cause

Is it? Its missing the BFGoodrich KO2 265/70-17 tires and the tag doesnt say anything about a tune or FOX suspension. I think it might just have the visual aspects bolted on.
