Alright everyone, here are a few more pictures of the revised bracket. Unfortunately the powder coating place couldn't knock this set out for a good price, so I used Steel-it Black to coat these ones but the "production" brackets will have a powder coated finish. All mounted with stock hardware...
I’ll put prices up for these once I make sure the second revision I have is good to go. These will just be sold as a set with no lights included. Stay tuned, I’ll have more info this coming week.
D fresh is correct. The stock fog pocket is held in by 3 screws. You remove the fog pocket and these mount in the stock location and you use all the stock hardware. I’m going to get some pictures posted up when I have some time tomorrow.
Right on! I am planning on selling these, just getting an idea of how many people may be interested. I’ll definitely be posting everything on here so stay tuned!
My local shop didn’t have any XLs in stock, but after taking some measurements I don’t think they will fit with how these brackets sit. I designed them so you can fit a wrench inbetween the bumper and mount to make adjustments or swap out lights without removing the bracket. Because of that, the...
The XLs might fit, I'm actually going to pick up a set to test later today, so I'm going to get back to you on that.
For reference, from the center of the bumper out towards the wheel well:
Yellow - Squadron SAE
Clear - Squadron Sport spot/wide cornering
Clear - S1 wide cornering
The beam output on the yellow SAE lights aren't blocked anymore than they were with the OEM housings which were set back into the bumper deeper and towards the middle of the opening. So the OEM mount actually blocked a little more light than these do. The mounting channel on revision 2 is cut...
Hey everyone, I had this idea a while back so I whipped up a design and made it happen. What we have here is an auxiliary light mount that replaces your OEM single fog light mount and housing. For those of you that are into lighting like me, this would be a rad addition to your truck and useful...
I was just wondering the same thing... I'm having a similar issue. The dash lights for no ABS, Advancetrac, hill start, or pre collision. My cruise control and auto start stop don't work either.
I took mine to the dealer last week and long story short, they have no clue what's going on. They...
I installed the coils and UCAs, got everything bolted and torqued and while it was still on the jack stands I adjusted the coils then before I put the wheels on. So yes, it’s possible to do on the truck, you just have to pull the tires and wheels off.
Haha I agree, Eibach didn’t sound too sure about they height. It’s almost like every person who assembles them sets them differently. Maybe this set is 2.75 and that set is 3.5 lol
I don't know honestly, Eibach didn't specify how many cranks it takes to gain an inch. Like I said above, they literally said "about" 3 inches out of the box. I measured the fender height before and after with the stock tires and I gained about 3 1/8" of lifter after 2 collar rotations out of...
Hey everyone, here are some pictures of the Eibach Pro Truck Kit and Camburg UCAs installed on the truck. I went with the 16" Method 315 and BFG KO2 in 285/75/16. So far it rides WAY better than stock, it's a huge improvement. I am very impressed with the Eibach kit, I didn't think it would ride...
Hey everyone, been creeping around here for a couple months. Picked up a 2020 XLT STX a few weeks back and I'm excited to get working on it. Last truck I had was a 2020 TRD Off-Road Taco and I hated it so much I only had it for 6 months... Unfortunately I dumped way too much money into the...
I almost had this issue, but I caught it before I installed them. The only company I know of making spindles for the black spindles is Camburg. They Include lower uniball spacers for the silver and black spindles. Most other companies, that I'm aware of, making UCAs WILL NOT fit the black spindles.
I ordered Grimm UCAs from Stage 3 and saw this thread this morning, went out and checked and I have the steel spindles.... of course my order just shipped from Stage 3 this morning, no big deal. Luckily Camburg now ships their UCAs with both sets of lower ball joint spacers for the two different...
