Agreed. I have the 40V mower, and it easily mows down pretty tall grass. The 18V blower is pretty good for blowing out the garage, but anything heavier than a dry leaf it is not moving very far.

Yeah, the maintenance desk person came out first, then he brought a tech. The tech then went and got the head mechanic. By the time he came out I tried the fob again, and it worked.
Same thing happened to me, except I was at the dealer picking it up from routine service. Multiple mechanics came out and looked, but they did not see anything either. I believe multiple forum members have had this occur, but it always seems to be a one and done incident.
I pushed them in as far as they could go when I installed them, and it gives me the option to either step over them or use them. They really help my family get in though! Same to you!
