Definitely have the driveshaft center bearing checked that’s most likely the source of your noise. I had mine replaced which made an annoying whine but mine was when going faster. It cleared up the sound but not the vibrations.

Speaking from experience your comprehensive auto policy should cover this. Happened 2 years ago to my wife’s truck and they got every bit of important wiring in her truck. The engine had to be pulled and a whole new harness run. Insurance billed $7500.
