I started with the bar leftmost near the heat shield as the required loosening movement is to the right.
That adapter you linked to may work with a standard socket, but perhaps too tall with a deep well socket.

I used 24 inches to make sure I had adequate reach and extended out beyond the frame as shown below. This setup applies a solid nearly 90 degree torque on the OEM cap which broke loose easily.

As many have commented, accessing and removing the OEM cap was a challenge. We have the FP/Fox leveling kit which provided enough clearance to work underneath laying on my low profile creeper. I was unable to break the OEM cap loose. Not enough room to comfortably...

Reflections can be eliminated with proper selection of color AND material. My parts dept has a large selection of Dash Designs samples. Took them out and selected one that pretty much eliminated any reflection. Bonus, a proper cover reduces the dash temp and keeps it from radiating...
These are great jump starters. I replaced my carry bag with a hard (firm) case for more protection and neater storage.
