Replace Sync 3?

If I replace sync 3 with some aftermarket head unit how would the ac be controlled? Theres a lot of physical buttons missing in this regard. Anyone know if there is a aftermarket head unit that will cover that or is there a kit of some sort that could add these functions. I wouldn't mind keeping the sync 3 its has everything I need...but its layout leaves much desired. I tried looking for other posts so if there is one that talks about it lmk and I'll delete this post, thanks.

You can't replace it. You're stuck with it. It's far too tied in with your truck's operation.
