I know you can use FordPass Points for accessories and maintenance at your dealer. Do you get FordPass Points when you buy accessories at your dealer? My salesman didn’t know or maybe didn’t want to be bothered with checking for me.

Have others used the points for an oil change yet? If so, how much did they deduct? Had mine changed and now show 28,458 remaining. That's 13,542 charged, or $67.71 at the $0.005 value per point, yet they advertise $39.99 for "The Works" oil change. My dealer is a joke. Going to follow up and see what they say. It's not the money, it just adds more credence to the slime ball reputation dealers get.

Take a look at your receipt as I bet there's added charges. I think The Works only includes up to 5 qts so there's probably an addition charge for the extra 1.2 qts., then there's the disposal fee,tax and all the other stuff they tack on.
