There is an arrow in the top left corner to back out of the test menu. I've only played with a couple of things and most reset after a key cycle.

And for the Lariat w/o a key to turn to acc?

Just same button 5 seconds then no foot on brake and push button for acc maybe?

exactly that, when you push the start button without the brake (either once or twice) it will say ACC Power Active on the screen.
