2019 Ford Ranger Grill Guard Options

Anyone had any vendors that have custom grill guards for the 2019 Ford Ranger? I would love to put some extra metal between me and the next crazy driver.

Guards that bolt over the existing bumper have only been shown to increase damage to your vehicle in impact, even with animals. If you want to actually add some protection for animal strikes and small off-road bumps, then you need to fit a quality replacement bumper. They're more expensive, sure, but they're also more than just a placebo.
