Looks really good Marc. How do you like the ride with the Fox kit? I really liked the way the RC kit raised and stiffened the front end up on mine.

Everything looks good on these level kits,

but now for the next question: I will be adding a new bumper and winch, probably around 200 to 220 pounds total - will the front of the truck take a dip with that much weight?

I prefer going the Ford kit route, but realize that if it is better to go with something else to better support the additional weight , I will.

What do you think?

I just leveled my Ranger today. Used FordRangerLifts.com’s 3” kit. Swapped out the stock Bridgestone Duelers for Nitto Terra Grapplers G2s - 265/60/18.
Great look and great kit! Thanks Robby!

Guys, a dumb question, I know, but how many inches is true "level"? I look at 2.5 inches and 3 inches of lift to the front of your (beautiful) trucks, and it still seems to me that the front is slightly lower than the rear. Not that this is a bad thing, and I plan to install the Ford-branded Fox two-inch leveling kit as soon as it is released, but I just wanted to know how much leveling is really, exactly, level. (I plan to keep the 18 inch stock wheels that came with the Black Appearance Package and, for now, anyway, the Hankook ATM times.)

True level is around 2.25" front lift, after that your running boards are running downhill towards the back. Don't confuse level with equal wheel well to top of tire reveal. Two different things.

Yes. After adding a bumper and winch, you’re going to sag a bit. Might want go with the 3” kit to even out the sag.

Interested to know with any of these kits, has anyone experienced "settling" of the front end that leaves you under the advertised amount of lift. Have heard of the Fordranger 3" lift settling a full inch to 2"' and several other brands well under what they promise; some right off the bat and others down the road. Need to know if I should lift slightly more than I want in anticipation of this?

I installed a ReadyLift 2 inch kit and got 1.25-1.5 inches. Measured right after installation....I drove it around the block.
