Does anybody here know if I can get away with 265/70r18 no rubbing on 2" BDS leveling kit?

The tech at the tire shop says yes but I'm still skeptical...
You'll be good. It will be 1" in diameter larger than mine (265/70/17) and width is the same with a 2.5 level kit and I have no rubbing and plenty of room.

I didn't think there would be any without a leveling kit, may be some cutting on my future.
I've had those tires on for 6 months and it's only rubbed on full compression and fully turned to the right. It hasn't hurt anything and It happens so rarely I'm not worrying about it. You should be fine.

Hey Willy! Level/lift kit specs please? Very interested in your setup. Plan on falken wildpeaks at3w 285/70r17 tires as well and stick with stock sport pckge wheels. Was Looking at possibly a 2.5 level. Hoping that will be sufficient enough to avoid any rubbing or issues. Which level is made for 2wd? Everywhere I go and places I talk to say they either haven’t released a level for the 2wd ranger, only for 4wd or they only come across a 2inch level kit. Any help recommendations would be greatly appreciated so I can move forward with this.

It has the 3” ready lift, and 2” ready lift but I only used the bottom piece that attaches to the shock screw. From the 2” ready lift. I did nothing on back. The only place it rubs is the from intrusion bars. What I did I just cut them enough to clear.

Hi scorp, I've been following you (your truck is great) I have the same tires and was curious on what you keep your tire pressure at. I see that your in Az. I'm in Mi. But that shouldn't matter much. I know this is a old post but I wanted your input, my truck looks exactly like yours..only magnetic. Thanks for your time! ?

Hey Tod, Thanks! I have around 5000 miles on mine now and I keep mine at 32 psi (cold) and that seems to be working great for me. I've tried everything from 30-35 but feel 32 is perfect. I love these Ridge Grapplers as they are still very quiet on the highway and aggressive enough for off roading and do not kill your gas milage.

Hello Darrel, I haVe to comment I think your truck looks great! I haven’t seen many in that color and I have to say I think it is my favorite now. Over my lightning blue too.

Nice job with the leveling kit and tires. Looks great!

what mud flaps are you running?
