.Stock Dueler 265/60-18 tread width is 8.3". Can I get a Conti AT 265/66-18 with a 8.7" wide tread width installed without a problem?

I don’t see why not. Others are using 265/70R17 on otherwise stock trucks and that’s the same outside dimensions as a 265/65R18. The 265 is the tread width so they won’t vary All that much over different brands.

Thanks!
I saw two measurements on the Conti Terrain Contact. 8.7 and 9.1 and didn't find another with tread width specification of either of those numbers.

I'm running a 285/70/17 and needed to add a 1/4" spacer just to be on the safe side.

So you should be fine.

Thanks, Guys.
I've decided to go with Michelin LTX M&S in a 265/65-18 and a 265/75-16 spare which is just about the same height with a 0.09" difference.
