Checking in. Did you install the collars yet? If so what are your impressions. Height change, ride quality, how many inches of lift (change from stock)? Thanks
I have not yet. Was busy trying to finish a bathroom remodel. Maybe this weekend, I will get it in.

Correct. 285/70/17 Falkens AT3W. With 1/4 spacers, no rubbing. Crash bars in place. Just removed the front plastic caps.
Thanks. Are the 1/4 spacers just to clear the knuckle of the extra tire width?

IS this pretty easy to install? I have a 2WD and don't really off road but like the stance change.

You need a spring compressor, you can borrow from the big chain parts store. Everything else is basic hand tools, and a jack. I did mine a few hours.

Were there any alignment changes necessary after the install?

I have to take over this weekend. I've been driving it around with out any issues. It can't be that far off, it drives straight, and I don't have any chirping or tire squealing in corners.

I'm curious about the lift amount/feel of these collars on non-FX4 suspension. A leveling kit is high on the list for me and I think these are going to be the way to go. I like the idea of the increased preload for better off-road feel.

Mine is a 4x2 so I have no FX4 suspension or anything.

My Front wheel marker Lights were 28-1/2" before the lift (measured to the bottom of the light) and are 30-3/8" after.
