Heater controls and dash lights

I had seen someone on here had blue lights lighting up the heater A/C controls on their truck but I cant find it again. I looked under settings for ambient lights but it didnt change anything. Is this a forscan mod? Thanks Bret

Thanks Jay my heater controls are different (Lariat) but I like the blue color better than the amber color I have. Maybe they are adjustable but I havent found it yet. Thanks Bret

I have the XL/STX model and it has a base climate control system.

What I've been searching for is an adhesive template that fits over all the buttons of the Lariat climate controls, that would separate each button with a shinny line. For me, this would make it easier to find the buttons.
Anybody have a source?

There was someone on here who put a chrome Explorer surround on their truck that outlined the buttons... I don’t remember if it went around each button or the whole set. I can’t seem to find it searching though.

It changes the colors in the door handles and the phone cubby and footwell. If you change the colors in the dark it's pretty obvious. It's a useless feature IMO because the dash lights and other bits all over the truck stay the same color so you end up with a weird combination.

Thanks it must have not been dark enough for me to see any changes.

I just wish the AC/heat lights would stay on all the time! They can be hard to see during the day with sunglasses on.

I find that too, so I just use voice commands or the climate controls on the touch screen.

Bill, I already this one (fits over the headlights switch).
I'm looking for one that fits over the Climate Controls on the Lariat.
