Thanks. I’m hoping it sticks okay to the spray-in liner okay!
Hi @FULLSCALE can you confirm that you got that seal to work directly on the spray liner? I saw (somewhere?) that with the spray liner you shuld stick it to the cover, but that does not seem to be a good solution to me. Wish we could get the Bakflip bulkhead rail after market as that seems a better solution for a reliable seal

It didn’t want to stay stuck to the liner. The weather was getting cold when I tried to put it on so I’m sure that didn’t help anything.

I am going to try a FIY Bulkhead Rail for the UnderCover Ultra Flex similar to the Bakflip ones. It should not be more than around $25
  1. Aluminum angle 1.5"x1.5x70 (bed is about 65") $20 https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbil...ERCH=REC-_-pipsem-_-204273998-_-204273989-_-N
  2. 2x Expansion or Well Nut #10-32 x 1-1/16inch $1.05 https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-10-32-x-1-1-16-in-Brass-Expansion-Nut-814368/204275921
  3. 4x washers (for over expansion nut). D=3/4" d=3/8
  4. 2x #10-32 x 1-1/2" machine Screw $1
  5. 2x fender washers for machine screw

I will stick the seal straight into the angle and paint the rest black enamel.
Drill the 1/2" holes and mount it flat on the spray liner. Not raised like the Backflip.

Here’s the instructions for the MX4.

You ever get this working? Would love to see pictures. Thinking of doing something similar.
