Also, please update with the spacers! Will be interested in seeing how it affects ride and handling. As well as bolt on procedures/modifications if necessary.
Just put the spacers on today. Tried them on a while back, but they rubbed with the stock suspension so i had to wait until i put the leveling kit on. With the kit now on, tried again and no rubbing. Also gives it a more aggressive look. Always ensure they are put on right and you'll have no issues. People are always skeptical about them, and understandably so, but I've had them on plenty of my cars and no issues if installed properly.

Is there a reason that there aren’t more of you putting on 16” or 15” rims and bigger tires? Will they not fit?
I would like to see more 16’s with a bigger tire, apparently 16s are harder to find‍ ♂

Sweet! The flush look is perfect. So 1.5 in spacers bolt directly to the hub using stock studs? I don't have a lift but I've gone up one tire size, so it fits the wheel well much better, but I still don't like how the front tires looked "sucked" in when viewed from the front. 1 - 1.5 in spacers would be perfect.

Thanks! Yes, they bolt directly on the stock studs and have other studs to bolt onto the wheel. Mine didn't fit without the lift though. I probably could've just cut the rear part of the liner to make it fit (thats where they rubbed), but i decided to wait for the lift kit to go since it was already ordered. Keep in mind i also had to remove both my crash bars prior to fit the bigger tires.

Gotcha, thanks for the info. I'll keep that all in mind for future mods.

I need tire advice.

My standard tires are 265/60R18. Can I use 275/65R18s for winter tires? Will I have to spacer or anything, to avoid rubbing?

(Anybody have a set of 18" wheels for sale?)

Based on Ready lift's modified beams, I think the stock beam can be cut similarly. The back piece might just be omitted in my case. But don't do as I do...I'm the kinda guy who replaces his airbag steering wheel for a proper 3 spoke racing wheel and a set of racing harness lol...

Thanks for posting as this weekend my son and I installed the 3” ReadyLift “leveling/lift” kit. I put 285/65/18 tires/rims and I’m having rubbing issues in that exact spot when turning. This may solve my issue instead of sending back the rim/tire set and going with a smaller.

Here's the summary I've cobbled together for 18" wheels, can anyone chime in on this?

285/65 R18 -- 32.6" x 11.2" -- rubs, lift required
275/65 R18 -- 32.1" x 10.8" -- maybe okay, lift or crash bar mod probably needed at full flex
285/60 R18 -- 31.5" x 11.2" -- unknown, haven't seen anyone try these
265/65 R18 -- 31.6" x 10.4" -- 100% okay stock, no rub
265/70 R17 -- 31.6" x 10.4" -- 100% okay stock, no rub
265/60 R18 -- 30.5" x 10.4" -- FX4 stock size

Nice summary - agreed with all, except I would add for 275/65 R18 (32.1" x 10.8") that you WILL rub during normal driving. You can probably run this size if you mod the crash bars and will probably need spacers. To be honest, you will probably need spacers for anything wider than 265 because the sidewall is so close the spindle.

Does wheel offset not play into that equation though?

Looked at thread title, guess thread assumes stock wheels. Carry on.

Yep, most people are running a +22 offset or so on aftermarket wheels. The +44 offset stock wheels make it so difficult to fit anything more than slightly larger than stock.

Yeah, I have some 275/60/20 with +1 offset coming in, hoping to not have much of an issue beyond some minor crashbar trimming. (Truck will have a 3"level on it)

How much bigger can we go with no lift? Looking at 265/70/17 which are 31.6 vs the stock 265/65/17 which are 30.5. so that only equates to 1/2" difference in diameter approx.
Not to be a D**K, but that translates to .5" difference in the radius; and about a full inch in the diameter. I get your point, tho.
