There is a 8mm bolt behind the headlight to move it up and down, its close to the fender side and adjusts quite easy. Thats on my Lariat, but I dont think there is any difference.

I didnt have the luxury of a flat surface , so I made a note and took a pic of how they shone on the garage door before the level and got them in that general area after. I have since made a couple small adjustments on a dark quiet road on my way to work in the morning.

For clarification purposes for anyone that may come across this as I did. The 8mm bolt, at least on the Lariat, has a spot at the top for a Phillips head screwdriver. The washer is toothed and adjustment is as simple as turning the screwdriver; Iā€™d suggest a fatter head.

I'm trying to do it in the garage close to a wall. I lowered both sides about two inches using a small wrench that took forever.
How much higher should the passenger side be compared to the driver's side?

They should be level.

Usually, the driver's side is lower for oncoming traffic. Are LEDs adjustments different?
Never heard that before.
There is a built in blocker that lowers the projection of the light on the far left of the D/S headlight. When I aligned mine they were level and thatā€™s how I realigned them after the lift. You can see the dip if you look to the left.

The light isn't projected lower. The cutoff shield in the projector blocks the beam more so to the left for LHD headlamps(to the right in RHD). In reflector lamps, it's built into the reflector (also coordinates with with bulb orientation).
