Ford Pass Server Error

When I select the Fordpass app in the truck, it gives me an error about permissions and cant connect to the servers. Has anyone else seen this error before and know how to fix it?

Did a master reset from the HU screen.
Deleted the app and reinstalled from phone.
Re-activated in vehicle
It can read my vehicle information from the phone
I can start and stop the truck with the phone.

Ideas?
