This is my 2020 Ford Ranger 4x4 Sport on some American Elite Rebels 16x8 6x139.7 -10mm offset wrapped in a 265/75R16 Falken WildPeaks AT3W but in order to fit it I had to three in leveling kit from Ready Lift and I also had to chop off my OEM crash bars and went with after market Ready Lift crash bars.

Looks very nice! I too have 16’s with 265/75/16 but 0 offset. I didn’t cut crash bars but had to use some Steeda steering limit spacers to keep them from rubbing at full lock. Did a 1” lift on the front to reduce the rake but not level it.

Mid-Size

I have a few questions about the steel wheels I'm hoping can be answered.

-where did you source them from? online purchase or from a retail store?
-i want the same style setup and I see a number of places make what looks like the same exact wheel but the prices wildly swing from $80 to as high as $160... just want to get the best value for my money.
-its either black or white when it comes to balancing these steel wheels... either they're perfect or have about 75lbs added to them to get them to roll true... what was your experience?

Thanks in advance

I like steel wheels I’ve been toying with the idea of putting some black D Windows or Soft 8s on my truck. My mind goes straight to enclosed cargo trailer wheels when I see white. Maybe that’s why you are seeing wildly different prices and those typically aren’t balanced either. I’ve had some steel wheels that need major balancing but so do alloys. It’s not always the rim that’s out of balance but the tires themselves and also a combination of the two. A very thorough shop can move the position of the tire on the rim to achieve the smallest amount of unbalance and wheel weights but i imagine it would be hard to find a place to do that.

Nice, BTW what taillights are those? Are they aftermarket or just tinted?
