AMEN Same here. Had all the order codes when I went to the dealer to place the order.

I love everything about my Ranger but there is one thing I don't like the plastic fuel filler door. Plastic is just not that durable and it feels kind of flimsy.

How about no tailgate dampers?

How about no sun roof?

How about no memory for the seats?

How about no CD option for entertainment?

How about no step to access the bed?

Just a few thoughts.

Sun Rood - nope did not use it on my last car
Memory for seats? - nope I am only one that set in my seat - memory not needed
CD ? what is this the 90's? LOL - car play is better I do not have to change the CD - I do miss my 8 track :)
Steps to the bed? - nope - just something to break - been getting in the back of trucks since the 60's - never had a step - might need one in a few more years :)

Only thing I can think of, if you going to have a rear window that opens it needs to be power, other than that I will probaly never open it.

This is only a suggestion
Spending over 40K on a Ranger, I would expect a few more options on the additions that are available.

1) Power Sliding rear glass
2) Bed Light Lights
3) Power Side Mirrors
4) Cordless phone charger
5) Lift assist on tailgate/Option to open from fob
6) 3-6 Switch Panel for accessories or make it easy for us to route our own.
7) 2.7L EcoBoost and only sell the F150 in the 3.5 and higher making all who want a 2.7 to purchase a Ranger
8) 5 year plan to change size of screen to the size of the Tesla or Ram
9) Slim down the size of the tail-lights, its height is outrageous, it might be the same size or taller than its cousin, awkward looking right now

Feel free to add some of your expectations! Again I already have ordered a Ranger and wouldn't have it any other way, maybe Ford is listening and will add these in the future to help future Ranger owners!
I have a good one for you. When I was buying my Ranger I was told by everyone that the co-pilot 360 is standard and according to the Rangers Brochure the co-pilot 360 has the navigation and adaptive cruise control. After I signed the papers I learned that it does not. Here’s what the brochure says. If you notice it says on the right co-pilot 360 technology and in the middle it also says co-pilot 360 technology, very confusing.

Solution looking for a problem.

How about no sun roof?
Wouldn't buy it if it was an option.

How about no memory for the seats?
Set seats once then done. Even power seats is a waste. No on drives my vehicle but me.

How about no CD option for entertainment?
What's a CD?

How about no step to access the bed?
I'm an old guy and dont even need one.

Just a few thoughts.

1) No seat memory
2) fully automatic mirrors not included.
I'm curious what you mean by "fully automatic mirrors"? Most trim levels come with electric adjustable side mirrors (folding) and the Lariat comes with an auto dimming rear view mirror. What else could you want?

Very small item, but I would like a driver side sun visor extension for those times the sun is exactly in the wrong place.

Your not going to find CD players in car much longer Ford is just ahead of the curve in deleting them

Fun Fact: When I was shopping, I built each truck in this segment online. You can add a CD player to the Ridgline as an option... for $150.

They should have been gone years ago honestly...

It does pull out so you can adjust it into the proper sun position. Not sure if you knew that or not.
