Yes, There are a couple of threads on here that lay out how to do it. It's just a couple of torx bolts that you adjust. Ford also has a real good video on their owners site that explains how to do it.

I haven't done mine yet and I know I'm pissing some people off.

I see the U/D adjustments, but is there a way to L/R adjust the headlights? Or is it assumed it will be "center" facing? Is his generally needed?

I didn't see any way to adjust them L/R. When I added my 2.5" level kit I just adjusted mine down and has been good ever since.
