I'm at almost 1200 miles now and the overall average for me is still 21.2. I haven't really seen an increase since I went past 1000 miles, but I've driven pretty different things during that 1000 miles too. I've found that hills will significantly lower mileage. Even small hills. And I have LOTS of hills I drive on all the time.

If I stay at 21 overall, I'll be happy with that, though. Quite a bit better than the 15 or 16 I was getting with my old Ranger. Percentage wise that is HUGE.
20.9 today...getting better!

Is this off the computer? Have you reset?

That is off the computer - I have not hand calculated it yet. I've left one of the trip counters since I bought it and reset the other at each fillup.

The individual ones vary slightly depending on how much freeway time on the tank - best I've seen is a little over 22, but it seems to keep going back to just over 21 due to all the hills I go up and down.

Where you live definitely affects the fuel economy as well as how you drive the truck. I probably don't mash mine hard enough to get real far into the turbo boost. The truck accelerates quickly for me with little pedal pressure. Gulf trip this past Saturday (150 miles round trip) was showing 26.7 mpg when I got back. That was with the kayak hanging out the back of the bed.

Will be pulling a dual jet ski trailer with 2 kayaks this weekend for the first time. It will be interesting to see what the fuel economy will be in that scenario. About 3100 miles total since i picked the truck up on Trip #2. It's now showing 24.4 mpg for that mileage.

About the same as mine, it's generally reports 3-5% high, which is about where you are.

My hand calced tanks I've ranged from 18.5 to 23.2, really depends on terrain and fuel, my best tank was with Ethanol Free but in general I'm right around 19.5 to 20.5 with premium, 25% City / 75% Highway (with some stop and go)....

23 - 24. I am using the AC now and idling more. Just went over 3000 miles some highway some mountains and some city with idling. Every time i fill up it says 400 miles to E. I think that E means 2 gal. still in tank. So, 400 miles divided by 17 gal. equals 23.5 MPG. That matches up with my manual calculations. That is only 2 wheel drive use. I expect 4 wheel driving out in the desert to be less. Pretty much as advertised.
