They really don't help against theft much but I still using them.
Did anyone got a part# on a set of locks for the optional Aluminum Magnetic Pocket Wheels? Ford, McGard, Gorilla..
Lugs 12"x 20?

.
Ford F6SZ-1A043-AA are too long.

I have removed every set of wheel locks I’ve ever had my vehicles. I think it’s funny they often come with stock rims.

Stock rims are getting pretty fancy. Thieves are targeting dealerships hard. My dealer was hit this past week. Crafty bastards. I think wheel locks are a good idea. At least a deterrent.

Dealers can remove them without the key, I am guessing those who would be looking to steal wheels have the same tool to bypass the locks

Many thieves use a bit smaller socket on the lock and hit with a mallet or hammer forcing it on. Then just use a wrench to take the lock off.
Still takes more time than with no locks.

The McGard 24157 must fit because that lock fits on my MKC and the MKC lugs fit my Ranger. I tried a lug. I rather have the Gorilla lock which looks like a regular lug on the wheel vs the McGard pattern look..
I ordered the Gorilla 71631N this morning from Amazon. I can let you know on Tuesday. As you probably know, the 'N' is the single stage vs the 'X' dual stage.

mine came with locks installed by the dealer. I'm not going to allow these dumb theives any opportunity to steal my stuff. So even if it's only a minor annoyance for them, it's one more than the next car has.

Plus this is the wheels for my wife's Edge...

yes, it's currently $1600+ for ONE of them, that price goes up and down, never below $1500, and never above $2600. I've tried to get them aftermarket or reconditioned, but they are FOREVER out of stock at every place I've called even though the are always on the website...

Pretty good incentive to steal them in my opinion.

OUCH! If that happened to me, I'd go buy aftermarket wheels rather than buy ONE factory wheel. That is ridiculous!

Right, I totally agree. They are fully forged 22" wheels, they look really good, and are relatively strong for their size. They are also heavy as F though. Issue is we'd either have to go with 22" wheels to match her existing tires, or get wheels and tires which would be 2500$+ Thankfully, we've never lost one (had some cracks that we got repaired). I still kick myself when I saw that set of three with tires on Facebook for $350, and I thought it was overpriced.

I don't think the Ranger wheels cost that much when looking at the list price for the optional 18's are $999 a set.

However, I still feel $20 wheel locks are worth it.

I use them on all my vehicles. I have no idea if they deter theft but is 54 years I have never had a rim stolen either,,,,

So did the 71631N work?
