Yep, Mod bug hit me with this one too, LOL!

I've sank a fortune into this truck already, but the way I see it, why be normal, normal is boring! And why wait on how you want your ride to be/look? Just do it and be done with it and attempt to enjoy it

In December 2019, when I was recovering from a 4 month foot surgery, I was looking at Ranger drop kits, since I was planning to buy another 4th gen Ranger, V8 swap and slam it, the ole interwebs popped up a picture of this:

After seeing this pic, I thought to myself, "What's this thing?" My PLAN ever since I discovered that pic, was to buy a US 5th gen Ranger and clone it to that SCT SEMA 2019 Ranger!

I've done so much insane research on that truck, within the past 9-12 months!!! I've talked to one of the engineers that created it and received additional pics. I've emailed so many of the companies who they got parts from, some good, some awful...

I've changed my build slightly from theirs, I'm adding some things they didn't have (since it was 2019, nobody had anything available for the then-new Ranger...), I didn't want a Lariat for several reasons, so I got the closest thing to it, sold my money-pit Miata and with all the money I got from it, I started buying parts

If I was smarter and wise, this would've been a nice down payment on the truck, but I would've still bought all the stuff for it, LOL!

I have talked to road track people around here and I might try it out one weekend next year?

Oh, something I forgot to mention. The SCT build used a Levels Performance Intercooler. I almost bought one, but after reading the BBB comments and their complaints on Facebook, I decided they weren't the company for me... That's why I bought the one from Mishimoto and it's the only one I've seen in black? I got it on sale Tuesday night for $675 shipped and now it's back to $750, so money saved is always good

My new LED AlphaRex headlights should also be here this Saturday?

I also got my first order from Adam's Polishes and it's a massive order! I still have 3 more orders coming from them and another one coming for an Xmas gift!

My stepfather and I installed the Sportwing Cab Spoiler, the Air Design Tailgate Spoiler & Applique today. Air Design stuff installed easily, but the EGR/Sportwing spoiler was a complete PITA!!! It was slightly warped, but I put some extra poly adhesive under it and put 2 gallon containers on top of it. I'll post some pics of it tomorrow though. I hope it seals/cures overnight?

My LED headlights were supposed to be here today, but FedEx has already ran, so I assume they won't be here until Monday now... I was hoping to install everything this weekend....

Also, my Morimoto Smoked LED Side Marker Lights and Raptor Grille Lights showed up today. They'll go in whenever I get the headlights in...

I also put all the spray nozzles on my Adam's Polishes bottles and cleaned off a shelf/cabinet to make room for all the new stuff plus all the stuff that's about to get shipped out too!

I'm hoping that my headlights will be here Monday? I'm going to attempt to work on them one night next week. I'd definitely like to get the new intercooler/pipes/BOV installed whenever the headlights show up.

I'm hoping that my painted Air Design parts will be here by Xmas too and the drop kit parts be here by the end of January, since I really wanna get this truck looking like the SEMA one...

Today, I went to Home Depot and bought this:

It's going to be strictly dedicated for cleaning the Ranger and CRV! I am going to do some upgrades to it, like replacing this pathetic excuse for a 2000psi hose!

I relocated my Pedal Commander control box to under the steering column. I kept bumping it with my leg, whenever I got into the truck and I haven't taken it off "City 4" since I've installed it. Now, I can easily reach it still and remove it from the column, since I used some better velcro, than what came with it, in case I want/need to adjust it and it's out of site now too!

Late last night, I decided to order a Smoked LED Raptor 3rd Brake Light. It should be similar to this one:

I kinda wanna get a custom Baby Raptor emblem made and I may next year?

Hoping my headlights show up tomorrow and I can start changing everything over!

Today, after FedEx lost my headlights over the weekend, they apparently found them yesterday and delivered them today and here they are!

And last night, I ordered the Roush CAI, from Stage 3 and it showed up in less than 24 hours! Roush never bothered to return an email about this CAI, from before Turkey Day...

So, this weekend is supposed to be warm, but stormy, so I'm going to have my hands full putting all this stuff on the truck!

After work this afternoon, was a super busy night for me. First, after I got home about 2:30, some more of my Adam's Polishes stuff from Cyber Monday came in. Not bad, not great either, but it's more stuff I didn't have and duplicates of some of the stuff I did have.

This is the Mystery Box I paid $29.99 for.

Then, after the wife made dinner, I said, I'm gonna go mess with the truck for a little bit, before the rain comes tonight/tomorrow, I won't be long....My intentions were to take the upper bumper cover off and swap everything out tomorrow, during the predicted storms...

Well, at midnight, I was done with everything and now I'm typing this up. Here's pics, I'll try to update them later today?

Looking good Jason! I am so jealous of the performance mods you are installing. Interested in your review of the performance gains.
I would love to throw a bunch of money at some cool bolt-on stuff but, it isn't in the cards right now. Probably going to wait until Spring.

If I hadn't have sold the Miata, none of this would be happening for a long time, LOL! I was planning on taking out a bank loan and doing all of this, but I'm glad I sold the Miata, so I didn't have too, LOL! Wife wants a Ranger now, but she won't want all the crap I'm doing to mine, so that's good, haha! No kids and no house payment helps

I wrote down all the suggested power/torque gains you were supposed to get from everything. It wasn't much and I could only find specs on a few parts, but total was and 21hp/44ft lbs. Still planning to buy the SCT tuner in the Spring time and if I run 93, that'll add another 56hp/88ft lbs?

Also, how much did you drop your truck?

I'm thinking I'll do 4" front and 6" rear? My tire height will be the same as OEM, but wheel size and width are the only things that'll be different.

I went with 2" front and 5" rear. Would like to go 3" front at some point in the future but I would need new upper control arms.
