Hey all, first post. I got my Ranger mid-Jan and I'm loving it so far. It was a beast in the snow, and now that it's getting warmer, I'm finally doing truck things with my new Ranger.
This past weekend I gave my friend's 4Runner a tow and it did will! We used a dolly because it was only an 8 mile trip to the shop and loading a 4Runner with no driveshafts onto a full size car trailer would have been a PITA since we don't have an electric winch. As far as the towing went, you definitely feel the weight and have to plan accordingly for braking, but no complaints at all.
After that, we did a little mudding and had a blast! No extreme terrains but it could definitely use some more aggressive tires so I will be upgrading my tires soon (watching very closely as to what others are doing with regards to fitment...).
On my 200 mile trip home yesterday, I averaged 25.2 mpg! This truck continues to impress me. My truck also just rolled over 5000 miles...haha anyone have me beat?
