Took Ragnar out the the western slope last weekend to pick up my girlfriend and her raft and do a nice float down the Colorado river.

Digging the tent on the truck, I have probably around 25 nights in it so far and currently have no desire to change it up.

They happen to be re doing a majority of the BLM camping.

I have been continuously trying to see how I can take night shots with my phone as it has a night mode to some mild success. I think the addition of a tripod would help to keep it stable while the long exposures happen. I also have been meaning to bring my actual camera out on these trips but always seem to forget.

I did have to stop while driving through the mountains to get some Fake wheeling pictures since I was on a time crunch.

Don't worry the trail is way less aggressive than it looks.
I think the stance of the truck is just about perfect with the extra weight of the tent. On another Ranger we built as a show truck for our shop it sits a bit rear too rear high with the OME leaf packs. So I am happy with my Peak AAL.

Still has a small rake, and with about 300lbs of tongue weight (trailer or Dirtbike) it sits perfectly level.

I also got the truck fully ceramic coated by a friend of mine who has been doing it for a few years. It is awesome! It makes the truck so easy to clean and I found on my last trip driving through a few good rain storms and having to navigate a bit of a mudslide on my way from Grand Junction to Gunnison. It also has made the truck glassy smooth and extremely shiny.
It was a long weekend of helping him do my truck and another show truck we have but it has been worth it so far and I am excited to see how scratch resistant it is.

Took the truck out this morning. Went and found a nice intermediate trail to test everything out on. I found I could make it up most lines without issue but I found a good double ledge that was pretty dug out that I wasn't able to make it up. Potentially with sliders that was a line that I could take to get up but that will be for a later date.

Scooting around the trees on the edge of the trail.

Took some fun lines and was pleasantly surprised with the truck even for the long wheelbase.

So Far I am super pleased with how everything is working on the truck and slowly finding the limits to everything.

Amazing truck! Gives me some inspiration. I am awaiting the delivery of my Iconic supercab next week. Did those OME shocks give your truck on overall lift of 2 inches? or 3?

They gave it about a 2" lift overall, maybe 2.25" which is what ARB says they should. It allowed my to fit a 285 easily, and doesn't stress the CV angles like a 3-3.5" would.

What is the ride quality like on rough roads or in the bends? I imagine it must be incredible off road.

I do air down to about 18 for dirt roads and 15 for the rocks.
It rides really really well on washboard roads. You can hear them but you can't feel them. On more gnarly terrain it does a great job at controlling the weight of the tent and camp gear so by that it rides really well. On road same story great with the weight and even with a trailer on. In the bends I notice slightly less body roll than stock even being lifted with a tent on the back.

I have parts waiting for install but haven't gotten around it anything recently. I did work with Sherpa Equipment to make the first Red Cloud, which is the roof rack for the crew cab ranger from them. 1.4" aluminum. Stupid strong and absolutely silent on my truck. I am leaving mine "Raw" as is was prototype #1.
I have a 589 Trans Skid, Hidden Winch Mount, Warn 9.5XP-S all waiting to go on once I have the time to do so.
