Did you clear the codes after reading and they came back?

EDIT: If you cleared it and it came back, yeah I'd go to Ford.

If you didn't clear it however, I have a sneaking suspicion that it may just be due to the loss of communication between the PCM and BdyCM when you pulled the power. I'd recommend clearing the code and see if it comes back before going into Ford.
Autozone wouldn’t clear it, drawing a blank is there a reset on how to do it other than unplugging battery?

You need an OBD2 scan tool to clear codes. Maybe another auto place will clear it for you?

Scan tools are cheap, starting under $20. You can even buy an OBDII tool with an interface for your phone for about $60.
Its good to have around and simple to use.

Well went to eat and came back and turned it on and it’s not in anymore!! Maybe it was something with the battery and it cleared itself? Not sure, but if it doesn’t come back I guess I’m in the clear?! Also the mpg are because I’ve been turning it off and on and sitting idle while trying to figure things out earlier but it fixed itself!

Some codes reset after so many key cycles if the underlying problem goes away.

If nothing is wrong 3 key cycles clears it.

Just a FYI. Past trouble codes remain in the ECU memory unless physically cleared with a scan-tool. But if the CEL is out then there is no current fault.
