Want to throw my 100 LB German Shepherd in my truck but don’t want her destroying the interior. Those of you with dogs; what’s the solution? I usually take her out in the Jeep, but I’m getting rid of it soon and won’t have the “who cares” vehicle anymore.

Good thread, I am looking for how to transport a dog as well.

For big dogs I'm thinking a canopy and carpet/pad in the bed might work? That's once canopies are available.

I think I’m leaning this way aswell. Getting dog fur out of a vehicle is impossible. Plus my dog likes to scratch everything

I got this one off Amazon.. works good.. It has a nonslip backing so the cover won't move and is quilted and fairly thick. Nice for under $30

Not bad! What about doors and windows? I used to have a malalmute, lots of drool and scratching.

We use a similar type of hammock for the dogs. Got it off Amazon. it has two holes to access the seatbelt latches. We use the full body harnesses on the dogs and a short seatbelt attachment to buckle them in. Keeps them from moving around too much. It sorta helps to keep them off of the windows and doors.
