I think part of the reason is they don't want to risk cannibalizing their full-size sales.I want all the options/luxuries that are available in every other segment.
Panoramic roof
Heated & Cooled seats
Full power seats, pedals, steering column, mirrors....WITH memory
360deg camera
Pro Trailer backup assist
Self parking
etc.
First manufacturer that builds a mid-size on par with other vehicle segments, gets my money
The mid-size truck market is the only segment that all manufactures dumb down.
I don't understand why.
I'm a big fan of moonroofs. Had one on every new vehicle I've bought since my 1982 Escort GL, except for my '09 Mariner. I would get one installed on a Ranger, unless there is a structural problem prohibiting it.
