Man, this version of that color really reminds me of this god-awful institutional paint you'd find in school basements and such back in the day. I can't wait to see it with my own eyes in person and decide what it really looks like.A guy I follow on IG posted a picture of a Ranger in Cactus Gray. His Username is PNWRANGER_ on there
It doesnât look that bad in person. I was able to see CG on a BS and it looked less 70s green and more light military.Man, this version of that color really reminds me of this god-awful institutional paint you'd find in school basements and such back in the day. IMO its like they were running low on pigment so they watered it down to make it stretch. I think it would look better if it were a shade darker.Man, this version of that color really reminds me of this god-awful institutional paint you'd find in school basements and such back in the day. Yeah, I was afraid of this. It looks good on the Bronco Sport, but the Ranger has too much surface for the color, at least without the accented wheel lip moldings, IMHO. The Black Appearance Package aint gettin' it with this color.Man, this version of that color really reminds me of this god-awful institutional paint you'd find in school basements and such back in the day. ? Wowza. Canât wait till mine arrives!!Here's another picture of a CG Ranger taken outside of MAP. It's definitely a color that will change a lot with lighting but this one really brings out more of the grayish/green tone.
With I could take credit for it but I found this on the Bronco site. Thanks for including a white balance reference
Those donât look like Olive Oyl fingers. I knew they didnât belong to Dave as soon as I saw them. With I could take credit for it but I found this on the Bronco site.
Ok, It's back on my list. The 17" Magnetic wheels & wheel opening accents along with the OWL tires (which I normally don't care for) help balance it out. Nicer IMO than the Black AppearancePackage in the first photo. Here's another picture of a CG Ranger taken outside of MAP. Go to FORUMS> POST THREAD and have at it ?Not necessarily on topic, but I'd love to hear some real-world thoughts on the Bronco Sport. Could PM me if you wanted to keep this thread clean.
I like that! Our local dealer has one in area 51 as well. I haven't stopped to look at it. The Mrs. likes the look of it too. We may be picking one up if we can get out of her current Kia lease. Trying to lemon law that bum transmission as we speak.Looks too mint greenish, which is why my wife went with Area 51 in her Bronco Sport.
