Congrats to you too.

It was tough for me not to go Tacoma but I love the styling of the Ranger.

Sunday shopping. The place was dead and the dealership was sold to new to new owners. It's a Ford/Lincoln dealer. I purchased a $1400 Ford extended warranty and leased a Lincoln and bought the Ranger from them in a two month period which probably helped.

Deciding whether to go with Line-X spray or just an OEM rubber liner and tailgate protector, Very light and rare cargo use.
Tint Friday.

I just moved to SC from NJ. Just about everything is much cheaper than NJ but not dealer Doc fees. Ridiculous numbers of $699 and $799. I looked at a Tacoma at a Toyota dealer and their fee was $399.

The DOC Fee is meaningless. When I offer an "out the door price," For all I care, they can put $3000 in that Doc Fee box It's just additional profit the F&I guy shows the sale docs showing the Doc Fee PRINTED already as if it's a "legal" addition on the final paperwork. The Price of Doc fees doesn't matter when making an offer on a vehicle. You make your Pretax offer and stick by it

The DOC fee is nothing more than additional profit if added at the end of the deal should wake up buyers, Make an out the door offer pretax. Let them put the numbers in the boxes they need to.

A $2000 discount is only $1300 when a $699 "doc fee" is applied. That's why we have to know the doc fees of every dealership so we know where we are.
