Anyone else seen this truck for sale at a dealer in Georgia? It’s wearing 33x12.50s and looks bad ass.

Just says it has a lift kit, but not any other details. But it does look like they removed the outer chin spoliers, that are normally still on it.

Took a chance calling them, got bounced around a little bit, and didn't get great specifics, unfortunately. What i gathered from the service department was it's a 2-2.5 Level Kit (not a lift, not specific), and that it was better for me to ask what parts weren't cut/trimmed to make them fit, rather than if any trim/cuts were necessary. :explode:

I read on a Facebook group that the dealer made the level lift for it. It’s basically just spacers.

Wow looks great, hopefully a full lift kit including off-road suspension is coming soon!

I plan on doing the same thing, I’ll make my own kit if necessary. 33” or bust!

Just watched the ICON SEMA video over here: https://www.ranger5g.com/forum/threads/baja-forged-ranger-2018-sema-r5g-coverage.1249/

Based on what they say around 41:30, they say they added fender flares and added just a 2" lift, they run 35's. Makes me think 33's on a proper level should be doable with minimal tweaks to the front bumper aero.
Just an observation, if you watch the video closely, they cut all the wheel openings larger. See 7:45 and 8:30 in the video.

So I measured my rig, full lock, clearance between tire edge and steel "wings":

Front tire front edge - 3/4"
Front tire rear edge - 1-1/2"

So the front edge is the limiter, best case scenario with wings attached with some clearance you'll be a smidge less than a true 33", assuming the stock 265/65R17 are a true 30.5", but who knows. I think 32.5" is about all that is reasonable unless you wanna remove stock stuff.

So maybe a 275/70R17? The approximate diameter would be 32.16 inches (816.8mm)
And width would be 10.83 inches (275mm).

Are we 100% certain these are 33x12.5?

Yeah - I think that is probably what I'd guess would fit....but until it's tried, it's all conjecture. Some tire don't measure true to their size. If the stock tires are not a 'true' 30.5", then my measurements are somewhat irrelevant. If it were me, I'd probably go with what you are suggesting. With that said, you can remove the front 'wing' which will open things up quite a bit, not sure I wanna do that though and I think a 32" is probably a good size without hitting mileage and performance too much.

I don't think you'll be able to run chains though.
