3" level and 265/70's make the Ranger look like the truck it is supposed to be.

That looks great. I don't know a lot about tire sizes, I'm in the process of learning more. Do the 265/70s work well with that sort of lift? Any rubbing ore the like? And I'm assuming those are the stock wheels, correct?

275/70/17. Eibach 3" front and 1" rear. With 1.5" spacers.

It’s too much to ask if you can post a picture from the sides? I’m debating between 285 and 275/70/17 honestly I feel 275 will look decent, aggressive and not too much.

i'll try and remember. they stick out ~1" from the fender.

I have that on mind already I will order the 3/4” wheels spacers, hope that’s enough.
