Episode 4 Season 6 Drama!

Finished with my second call to Ford Motor Company Customer service. Again representitive was more then happy to assist me but asked the same question over and over. "Why are you calling us with this?" Seems there is a bit of disconnect between Ford and my dealership. Last time it didn't take long to resolve, I'm hoping this is the case this time as well once they get in touch with my dealership.

I just love it when I go to the dealership and the immediate response is "call Ford"...lol. I'm like...there's a blue oval outside...

Episode 5 Season 6 Drama!

"this email is just to keep you updated in regards to your tunnel cover concern. currently the dealership and I are waiting for a response in regards to an alternative fix for the tunnel cover since it was determined it is not the part, but the 2019 ranger vehicles themselves. So at this time we are inquiring with our resources in regards to whether there's another part that has a better fit OR if there's an alternative fix for this issue."

At least they are communicating with me at least...lol!

500 pound of pellets in the back, 300 gallons of water, and a bit of fire wood for the cabin! Looking forward to my week off in June!

Little over 9K on the Ranger and decided to check the cabin air filter. Very glad I did!
Do you drive on a lot of dirt roads?

I have a feeling that the majority of the debris came from the eighty+ mile an hour wind storm I went though a few months back. The highway I was traveling is bordered by farm land and the topsoil was all in the air making visibility less than a vehicle length.

*sorry, typed on phone at first*

Was able to do three passes this rainy weekend, came back very confused.

First off filled up with fifteen gallons of 91 octane before driving to the track to allow the engine to adjust timing, remainder of tank was 87 octane. Two hundred and eighty-ish miles later I was at the track. This time I would have 4H engaged and traction control off for "most" runs.

1030ish, First run in tower lane reaction was .7(awful, I blame the five hour drive ;) ) and et was 10.2 keeping in line with what was expected from Malta due to difference in elevation. Next couple runs come up with numbers that utterly confuse me though... Sorry for not having more info on this first run, my ticket was eaten by my brother in laws new puppy, from help by his kids...true story I swear!

Second run was in the far lane with a slightly better reaction of .26 and an ET of 10.4. Then came the rain...and more rain, and more rain...

1213 Last run of the day before the track called the day due to rain was the most confusing. Tower lane with a mediocre reaction .47 with an et of 10.60. This was pretty far off any run I've done in Malta and I'm wondering if I forgot to disengage traction control.

I called off the second day due to the long trip time back and the fact that it was supposed to rain early afternoon.

Sorry for the crappy pano's
