Drilling holes on chassis! Will it void warranty?

If your frame folds in half where you drilled a hole, I would assume some serious push back from Ford.
But really, a few small holes isnt going to fold your frame in half. At least under normal use.

Myself, if I was going thru a boxframe...I'd weld a spacer or a doubler in there. But that's added cost and time. But I feel that trade off if worth it for piece of mind

Referring to your comment about a spacer, that's what I did on my brackets.
Help me out a little...can't quite figure out what that thing is you're showing...o_O
