I installed the Ford Performance 2" lift and a 1" rear block. I'm keeping the stock 18" wheels, what size tires can I fit on it with no rubbing or having to modify crash bars? Any help would be appreciated.

Same question ,
I have the 265/60/18’s
Got the 3” level and the 1.5” add a leaf in rear ,
Waiting to install
But curious on the maximum tire size
According to the website it’s 33” max
From what I’ve seen and researched
285/70 or 295/70 it’s about the max and looks great in a nitro terra grappler or Mickey Thompson (my personal choice i think)

I will be doing the 2" Ford/Fox lift next week. All my research shows very minimal tire size increase with only a lift.
255/70/18 ( 32.1 x 10) and maybe as wide as 275/65/18 (32.1 x 10.8)
Stock 18's are 265/60/18 (30.5x10.4)

I wil admit I am very conservative about making sure the tires wont rub.

As you have read, other folks have installed larger tires than I listed.
But do be careful - make sure the posters have listed any mods, especially
wheel spacers and the removal of crash bars.

We Installed the 275/65 18 Duratracs and they are extremely close to rubbing on the bumper bracket. I think it's too close for comfort so I guess I'm back to the drawing board.

By bumper bracket, do you mean the crash bar in the front of the wheel well?

You can loosen the crash bars and move them forward some with the help of a big hammer.

Also, BDS, FabTech and ProComp sell modified crash bars.

This is what I'm worried about. Do you think it can be moved enough to be safe?

We removed the plastic and were able to move the bar enough that there is enough room now.

New problem now though. The tire is extremely close to the knuckle. I can't even fit my finger between. My worry is if the tire flexes at all it will rub.

Several on here are using THESE to space the tire out by 1/4".

They will work with the stock wheel studs.

I'll see if I can find the thread and link it too.

Edit: Here It Is On Page 2

This is the direction I am going (at some point) ...take a look at the Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT - LT285/65R18 http://us.coopertire.com/tires/discoverer-at3-xlt

I've never liked the idea of spacers. Being able to use factory studs and nuts does make it more appealing but I've seen some horror stories over the years with wheels falling off.
