Upgrades:
GFB DV + VTA
aFe Bladerunner Charge Pipes
Roush Cold Air Intake
Magnaflow Exhaust

The aFe Bladerunner's were back ordered and I finally got them in yesterday. Install was typical (a couple of banged knuckles, a couple of beers, and a couple of swear words). Now that everything is installed it is running gooood, like the title says, Whoa! It has more "sit you back in the seat" pull than any of my old V8's ever did. This truck is amazing and fun in stock form and even better with a few mods. Spool is fast, lag is minimal (nearly none), acceleration is outstanding, and gas mileage is fine with normal driving. I still get 23ish if I drive like my mom! All in all I love the 2.3liter turbo!

I like your approach to allowing the engine to breath to a higher level. I follow the same basic principle on my vehicles. I have installed my Borla Exhaust and will be looking into opening up the intake system and beyond as the funds become available

Gotta treat the OEM asthma!! Typical consumers want a quiet vehicle. Don't even get me started on the EPA/Government (wrong forum) Lol.

Everything coming off the dealer lot has room for improvement - with air flow, both in and out, topping the list!

No tune - just bolt on.
Which gave you the biggest Bang for the Buck?

Since I wasn't planning on a tune until later, I hadn't even considered things like the DV or AFE Charge Pipes.

But if they give a palpable boost without a tune, I might have to reconsider...

What I've added is a great combination and my results are truly the sum of it all. But..... Exhaust should be 1st on the list - the stock system has a 1 inch restriction in the muffler. Get that fixed and you have immediate results. Faster spool, better acceleration and throttle response, et al. The intake and charge pipes increased performance equally and were truly beneficial after the exhaust went on. The DV+ helps hold boost thru the gears during acceleration, in hindsight I'd have done this last.
