So, like many, my 2020 Ranger has a water leak in the front driver side and it isn't the rear light, the windshield, the door seal or the AC Evap and I don't know exactly wear the water is coming from. I can only assume the roof rails, traveling down the pillar and coming out here? Does anyone else have any experience with this? Any suggestions??

The pictures are where the drivers seat tack welds to the frame. I have a video but it's too large to upload.

Someone on here reported a leak in the same area and found it was the water shield on the driver's door was not attached properly allowing water to run down the driver's door window and enter the truck. You may have a similar issue.

Hmmm Interesting..it's actually coming from between those two metal pieces though. The orange cables that run beside the door under the plastic. The water is on the inside of it not the outside it. Hmm thanks for the reply I will investigate the door and and update.

His was on the inside also. It ran down the inside of the door panel and into the truck. To me it looks the same as yours.

I had a FX4 brand new. Rain storm, driver's side floor mat was standing water. Turned out three Ranger has a double firewall and that's where the leak was. They tried to fix it but ended up they were going to have to pull the dash. Traded it in. Hope this is not your problem.
