Here's a thought... maybe they could call you when it arrives instead of having you drive there to be told... Maybe I'm just set in my old ways and believe in customer service.

Gave it a good bath! It was really dirty after our vacation and while white hides it well it was pretty nasty. I wasn't in the mood to drag the power washer out so I gave it a bucket wash.

Here's the reason you use a grit guard and 2 buckets.

Nice and clean again and tomorrow I'll hit it with some 303 Graphene Detailer.

I know that I am not a high dollar corporate lawyer or C-Suite Exec but... pulling the headliner down a little and checking the wires seems like a pretty freaking easy 'remedy' for affected vehicles. Then, and I know this is a novel freaking idea, you could fix the affected vehicles while you had them in for inspection.
