Yes When over there I've eaten congealed duck blood noodles (actually pretty good) stir fried pig intestine - not bad, some dish composed of bits of fish I would feed to the cat over here, extra special fungus - their translation for breakfast - spicy, very good! That morning we had a choice of fungus, special fungus, and extra special fungus!

And here I am at 6:00am thinking of what to make for breakfast.

It wasn't that bad, I mean 1.3 billion Chinese can't be wrong? Half the time you didn't actually know what you were eating, as English labeling was rare, and even when it existed it suffered so much from bad translation that it probably didn't help much anyway. I think probably the thing I noticed most was going into a supermarket which was pretty much like going into one here, (apart from the labels and the extensive noodle section) until you get to the middle where all the live fish, crustaceans, turtles, lizards etc were for sale. I wanted to buy all the turtles and release them into the nearest stream.

Shouldn't that coyote be sitting in a bathtub with an outboard motor, and a fishing rod out front with an anvil dangling from it - Acme brand of course.

Yep, it’s gotta go. I get the “motion detected at your front porch camera” notification on my phone a lot and it’s always some dang spider.
