Yes that is more than my Lariat Ranger cost but they are giving me X plan pricing. I am not getting the Lariat or the Tremor. The tremor looks pretty cool.
The lariat model jumped 15k over 3 years with all of the options we have. However we also had to wait 13 months for delivery. So got a smoking deal compared to today’s price.

It’s always a tough call, Mark. I see some of the folks on here who still have 4g Rangers and they are like new - never get driven but so hard to part with. Probably because they are SuperCabs. ;)

Then there are those who sell theirs and lament it later. Again, because they are SuperCabs! ?

Good Luck with your decision. ? That Mav sure looks good, though.

We got 3 vehicles, wife’s Subaru my Ranger and a 97 BMW M3 that’s been in the family for years. I tried to talk the wife into a more luxurious road car or SUV but she wasn’t interested.
Can’t part with the M3 so I’ll probably upgrade to F150 Platinum or the like.

I sold my motorcycles and got out of the sport since I don’t bounce off the pavement like I used to and too many drivers are distracted.
So I hear ya on too many vehicles.
Keith I sold my Honda Dirt Bike 5 years ago for the same reason. This old guy brakes not bends and although I had never ever hurt myself on the street or dirt but figured it was time to quit the dirt. I will probably always ride on the street at least some. I always had a motto of I live to ride another day. I am never in a hurry on the street or dirt. Riding always puts a smile on my face.

Nice screen update, if tilted forward more I think sun glare would be an issue. They are a nice little truck, surprisingly peppy. The hybrid sport mode try’s to act like it’s shifting ? maybe different on 2025 models.
Andy the new one has a 2.5 Liter motor and I think the previous was a 2.3 like our trucks.

We drive our 2005 4G SCab XLT Edge 4x4 as much as our 2020 5G SCab XLT Sport 4x4. Both are garaged and well cared for. The 4G is far more reliable and requires less monitoring and maintenance.

We would sell the 5G long before we would sell the 4G. Not even a close decision.

I miss riding myself with street and dirt bikes. But there's way to many distraction today (darn cell phones!) and figured I've made it this far so why tempt fait? I still have my license so if we're away and I ever get the itch to rent one I can.

Another thing I forgot to add to your list of things to do in Sedona is that you can rent side x sides, Jeeps and street bikes there. We have rented side x sides several times and they're really fun on all the trails there. You can take them on the roads there too to go from all the different trails and you'll see them all over the place parked at the shops and restaurants.

Umm no, they always had a 2.5 liter Atkinson cycle for the hybrid.
Hybrid electric models had the 2.5L. All wheel drive models had the 2.3L 2.0L Turbo, with greater towing capacity

I stand corrected... Thank You!
Yeah no worries, while waiting for delivery for over a year I was on the Maverick truck club website more than here.. I know blasphemy.. the early adopters stories were absolutely insane and worrisome.. It all turned out well for us.. they solved a lot of problems before we took delivery at the factory.. great little truck for retirees. Easy to get into and easy to drive. Easy access into the bed. I still love my Ranger better and I’ll keep it too.

It's mostly a matter of can you live with the smaller bed in the Maverick?

Jon I will be keeping my Ranger for at least the next 10 years So I will still have the larger bed which I really need when camping and traveling. I have too much camping gear and need to tow my Tent Trailer. The Ranger will be good for a few off road excursions. I am still on the fence on this??? Do I or don't I get the Maverick??????

They’re made in Mexico.. You should make up your mind soon with all of the tariff talk. I hear Ford is considering winding down the Hermosillo plant if that happens.

I'd get the Maverick. They seem to be relatively trouble-free. I wouldn't get a hybrid though, due to the cost of replacing the battery. Unless you're going to lease it, then it won't matter.
